Pros: Lova patogi, virtuvėje užtektinai įrangos pasigaminti pusryčiams ar pietums. Nieko netrūko, šeimininkų bendravimas malonus, patekimas greitas ir patogus. Apartamentai jaukūs.

Cons: Vienintelis minusas buvo švara. Nors ir jautėsi, kad viskas išvalyta, buvo kelios vietos, kurios buvo nemalonios, pavyzdžiui, čiužinio apvalkalas vos atsigulus atsidengė ir pasimatė neššvarus čiužinys.
