Excellent

Pros: Everything in the apartment is clean. We felt like home, cozy environment. Anything what you need, can find. Sunny and warm apartment.

Cons: A bit slippery bath floor, maybe carpet would be great. But this could be just a small improvment.

Pros: It is very cozy and its quiet. The only thing thats missing would be a toaster. No oven unfortunately.

Worth renting and worth returning!

Pros: Very friendly host, clear instructions on how to get inside! The apartment was lovely - very bright, modern and spacious, the apartment building was also easy to find, brand new and very clean, a lot of space for parking.

Cons: The only thing that we missed was dishwashing detergents. You can smell what the neighbours are cooking but it wasn't a problem. :)

A nice weekend spot

Pros: - Perfect location - Balcony for lounging during warm evenings - Everything's new & clean - Well-equipped kitchen, including a microwave - Private check-in via key-box

Cons: - Internet didn't work - Bathroom sink would get clogged (sink plug was not connected/moving properly)

Pros: Clean new room, good location near the bus station.

Cons: Everything good.

Nice little spot in the center

Pros: The apartment is wonderfully located right next to a grocery store and a couple of cafés/restaurants; you could reach pretty much anything you want on foot. The building is brand new, there is an elevator. The bed is comfortable, nice sheets, comfy pillows, which we have found to be rare in holiday lettings. The owner was very nice and helpful.

Cons: A couple of things were broken: the bathroom door didn't properly close, bedside shelves were hanging off the wall and could not be used. The kitchen, despite being well furnished and pretty well stocked, also lacked some things like a spatula and a bowl, a third chair by the table would also have been nice. There isn't a place to dry your washing comfortably. We think the apartment is just so freshly rented that the owners haven't really gotten into the swing of things; I think that all of this will be fixed with a bit of time.

Good location

Pros: Brand new apartment in a very good location, spacious and well equipped. 4th floor, but there's an elevator in the building. Big windows with nice panoramic view. Easy check in with the keys left in the box

Pros: The apartment is brand new and was very clean. It has everything you may need for a short stay. The only thing I missed was a coffee machine, but overall, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Super butas snaujos starybos name su patogiais baldais ir lokacija. Superinis kainos ir kokybės santykis. Pačiam Birštono centre priešais Iki ir autobusų stotį. Patogu pėsčiomis pasiekti sanatorijas ir restoranus, nes viskas netoli. Self check-inas ir labai patogus atvykimo ir išvykimo laikas. Aš užsisakiau dieną prieš ir viskas buvo labai greitai patvirtinta ir pasidalinta visa informacija.

puikus butas apsistoti Birštono centre

Pros: Labai faina vieta, naujas namas su liftu, gražiai sutvarkytas butas, viskas nauja. Atskiras miegamasis. Puikiai tinka dviems žmonėms ar šeimai su vaiku. Ketvirtas aukštas, yra balkonas, gražus vaizdas. Autobusų stotis, parduotuvė, vaistinė, viskas kitoje gatvės pusėje.
