Pros: - The building is a brand new and at least this particular appartment is furnished really nice and fancy - The feeling is that the host was creating everything to their own needs, all the equipment furnsih, and other details are really fancy and of good quality - Location is quiet, there is a small distance from the main streets, but it's still walkable. One can go straight to the foreat park if not to the center -The dishwasher is there 🤗 - Host is reachable and communicative

Cons: -There is a private parking, but you need to call the owner every time you need to get in or get out. I'd think of a solution which would allow parking to be managed by the guest themselves. I had an early morning race, so really didn't feel comfortable waking people up so early, so we agreed that we park our car outside the private parking -To make the room more spacious, I would probably get rid of one of the sofas. Unless the idea is to fit 4 people. If it's just for 2 or 1, there is no need for that other sofa -TV language was russian which is not the language I'd like to find considering the context. But the bigger problem was that TV has no internet and doesn't really show anything unless you connect it to it. We used our internet and our Go3 connection. I'd also recommend a bit smaller screen for such a small room :)
