Small attic rooms in Kaunas old town

A good priced option in Kaunas. Good location!

Pros: The attic rooms are very cute. I felt really snug in them. I'm a big person, but there was definitely enough room. Beds were so comfortable, and the room and the bathroom was spotlessly clean.

Cons: The check-in involves having a working mobile telephone, as you open your room door by dialling a phone number. It's very odd. Luckily, my British SIM works in the EU, but if you're from other places, it may not. And what happen if the phone network is down?

Pros: Good for short stay,bright clean room. Easy to access to old town restaurants, museums ect. by walking distances. Go for walks by the river side

Cons: Staff attitude when I called and reported about hair dryer that it's not working properly. I been told don't use on the high one that not over heat and it will work 😁

I stopped for four nights in Kaunas on a train trip from Czechia to Riga and greatly enjoyed my stay

Pros: The place is only a short walk between the point where Vilniaus Gatvė meets Laisvės Alėja, making both the historical and the newer centre of the city accessible by foot. There is no breakfast in the building, but that is not a problem, since there is a McDonalds with breakfast offers right next to it.

Cons: Nothing.

Good value for money, will use it again!

Pros: This is on a good palcement near city centre. Just walk around the corner and you can have everything

Pros: There (in the world) could be more accomondations like this! I often need just a place for sleep, not much luxory. So my needs are a comftable bed, fresh air, not too warm, not too cold, good shower and toilet. (And ofter I come with a car - so the parking space also.) All that this room was. It could have 2m2 more room and 1 very small fridge, than it would be absolutely perfect. And I like, that I can come whenever I will… not between 15.00- 18.00 or something. Thank you!

Good location althoughth a bit struggle with big luggage to carry upstairs

Pros: Rooms clean and nice for short term stay, but if longer stay might be a bit uncomfortable because of attic style🤷‍♂️

Affordable accommodation in Kaunas Old Town

Pros: Small attic rooms is located in the old town of Kaunas. It offers very small, basic rooms that are perfect for a one-night stay. You won't meet any staff, but you can get in with codes. For those traveling by car, there is a parking space in the courtyard for €10. It's worth taking it, as there is no other parking nearby, except for a parking garage a short distance away. This accommodation is easily accessible via a main road, and you don't have to drive through the narrow streets of the old town.

Pros: I loved everything about my room. It might be small to some but it had everything I needed. Also a big plus was the attic window that allowed me to look at the sky at night and the floor heating!!! I slept super comfy and was really struggling to decide if I want to stay a few days more. Also there is a really good restaurant attached to it. 10/10

Cons: Maybe people 1,80m and taller might have a problem with the ceiling height since everything is rather small and low built.

Nice and clean

Pros: The house was very clean, the bed was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was very tidy. There was a washing machine. The location was good, close to the main street of the town, and it had good reception.

Cons: Everything was good. We wanted to experience an attic room, and it was great. Although, we did hit our heads on the ceiling a few times 😂. And there were no baggage service for after your check out.

Pros: Comfortable small room, close to castle and river. All in all a good place for a short stay.

Cons: They insisted on taking a picture of my ID for the check-in. Not a good practice in terms of handling personal data. They said they delete the picture after check-out, and I do believe them, but still enough time for the picture to go into some cloud... Unlocking the door to the room by calling some number was a bit cumbersome, but worked well.
