it's a perfect place to visit Kaunas or to get easy to Vilnius or the Trakai area.

Pros: The apartment was very clean, very well equipped and at the same time cousy. It was perfectly located near a few trolleybus stations from where it was easy to get to the center of the city or the old town.

Spacious, modern and comfortable accommodation in a quiet residential location.

Pros: The flat was excellent: spacious, warm, well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The hostess was also extremely helpful and promptly answered all my questions, particularly relating to travelling about in the city and beyond and where best to shop locally for food. There were numerous and frequent buses into the centre of the city.

Cons: It was entirely my own fault that I had not realised how far away the flat was from the venue for the European Figure Skating Championships, the sole reason for my visit to Kaunus, therefore the location was not the best for my particular needs.
