Kaunas City Center loft by URBAN RENT

Pros: Beautiful apartment supper modern with all the facilities you could ask for and fantastic location, everything is within walking distance or a short taxi ride away.

Cons: Only one thing let it down for us was the sofa/ bed settee, i really think this has seen better days.

Nice, well equipped apartament, ideal for friends.

Pros: Nice apartament, well equipped kitchen, parking place in front of the building and free of charge. Calm, silent neighborhood.

Cons: Stairs in the room is very dangerous without handrail. It is actually far from the old town citycenter, long way distance (30 min walking) next to the riverside.

Lovely apartment in convenient location

Pros: Was in a really good location. I liked the layout. There was loads of storage space. The lighting was nice too. Access was easy too. Lots of little products you might need too which was nice. It was well laid out. Fully kitted out kitchen. Was next door to Nordes and on the same row as the massage place, hairdressers etc. Loads of parking if you take your car and there was a park as well if you took kids. Was really nice apartment. Suited our needs.

Cons: I would have liked a guide on the heating and how to work it. Also where the main bin area is as this was not noted. Washing machine was also very loud but there was a note about that. The phone number provided I messaged and didn't get a response.

Pros: Lovely apartment, clean and comfortable. Nords clinic right underneath! Would definitely stay again.

Pros: I loved all the little extra amenities and plug sockets everywhere

Cons: I wasn't a fan of the stairs tbh but otherwise gorgeous place. Bit difficult to find

Beautiful apartment

Pros: Beautiful, spacious, and very clean. Had everything we needed for our stay. The bed is very comfortable, and if you need extra pillows, which I did, you will find them under the bed and not in the wardrobe. There is plenty of wardrobe space in the bedroom as well as in the wardrobe at the front door. The apartment has underfloor heating, which was set perfectly for is, so we never had to change it while there with -4 to -6 temperatures outside.

Cons: Unfortunately, there is no elevator. If you are having surgery while in Kaunas, be aware that you have 6 flights of stairs to climb to get to the 3rd floor apartment. The sofa could also do with being replaced. It is not very comfortable and for the space, could be larger.

Perfect place if you go to operation to Nordclinic:))

Perfect Modern getaway!

Pros: The apartment was modern, warm and overall perfect! I loved the modern lighting and all the details of the room.
