Nice apartment in the center of Kaunas

Pros: The apartment is completely and very nicely renovated. It is situated in the city center! If one needs public transport, stations are just in front. We were family of four and had a nice time in the apartment. Highly recommended....

Viskas gerai, kainos ir kokybės santykis geras, jei tik būtų daugiau dėmesio švarai bute.

Pros: Gera lokacija, arti centro, patogu, jog yra nemokamas parkingas, butas erdvus, turi visus patogumus (televizorių, šildytuvą, rankšluosčius, indus ir pnš.).

Cons: Trūko švaros, nors nuomotojas teigė, jog viskas yra labai atsakingai valoma, voratinklių dydis kampuose buvo tikrai bent jau kelių mėnesių senumo, taip pat trupiniai ant sofos, patalynė gal ir išskalbta, nors taip nekvepėjo, bet radau kažkieno plauką ant pačios kaldros, kuris tikrai buvo ne mano, nes į butą buvau katik įėjus ir tik ruošiau lovą nakčiai, o ir spalva ne mano plaukų.

Pros: Puiki lokacija, vieta automobiliui, tvarkingas būstas su visomis reikalingomis priemonėmis. Rami kaiminystė. Turėjome gerą ir kokybišką poilsį. Būtinai sugrįšime.

Pros: Viskas buvo tvarkinga, vieta tobula :) laisvė - vos už minutės kelio, žalgirio arena, bei Akropolis taip pat, ne taip ir toli :)

Cons: Iš pradžių buvo šiek tiek vėsoka, bet susisiekus su šeimininku, viską išsprendėme. Labai maža dušo kabina, su mažais vaikais nelabai patogu, neina įeiti į kabiną nuprausti vaiką :)
