good if you don't crave for something new

Pros: The location of the apartment is excellent. The size of the apartment is good.

Cons: The apartments are visibly worn out. I recommend cosmetic repairs.

Pros: Very nice and cozy place! Next to the centre of the city. Good that host have permission to stay with pets. Only one thing was not clear, as the city fee is not included in the price, so you have to have some physical money for this to pay, plus for pet fee, which is quite okay to do so, but just for info. In general, it was very nice stay, for sure we are choosing this one next time when in Kaunas!

Pros: You have all the necessities for staying. Location is good. The host was considerable for providing coffee,tea and water. Even has some candy for us. The best part is having washer and dryer, laundry accessories.It is very helpful.

Cons: It needs some improvement. No hand wash sink in toilet and bathroom. No face clothes. Only one dish cloth in kitchen. We washed our hand, our face and brushed our teeth in kitchen sink. However, we still like the place.

Pros: Apartment was clean. Location was good. Maybe a little bit noisy because of the main street but we didn't have problem with sleep. Parking place was for a plus. Entrance to the building could be better but I understand that the owner of the apartment is not the owner of the whole building. Communication with the owner was quick. In general apartment was nice.

Cons: Bed was too short. Could be more comfortable.

Pros: Good place, easy to get everywhere, comfortable apartments, and it's good that there's a place to leave the car.

Lots to like but two significant drawbacks

Pros: It felt more like staying in someone's apartment than a holiday let - well equipped and lots of stuff and plants. Clean. Great location, both for public transport and walking around Kaunas. It was a noisy location but when the windows were closed the soundproofing was good. The sofa bed was more comfortable than I expected. We enjoyed watching the fish. Umbrellas!

Cons: There was no washbasin, either in the WC or the bathroom. The only place to wash hands and brush teeth was the kitchen sink and this did not feel hygienic. The balcony is not usable. It has no furniture, just 2 A/C units, but in any case the noise of the road would have meant it was not enjoyable to sit there. This was very disappointing as having some outside space is important to me on holiday.

Pros: Very good flat in strategic location, close to Laisves avenue with numerous bars and restaurants, yet quiet private yard and soundproof windows. Nice place for short stay for single or couple

Really nice

Pros: Very helpful and kind host. I had everything I needed for my stay. Close to shops, cafes and public transport. Superb!

Cons: There was not (or maybe I could not work out) tv antena to watch anything on tv. Also, the toilet had not been flushed and had somebody's excrement in it 😳 but otherwise, very clean!!!

Pros: Great location, clean and efficient communication with host

Great Location, Exceptional Hosts

Pros: Great communication from the hosts. Couldn't have asked for a better location. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The hosts have really thought of everything to make our stay the best it could be.
