Pros: Very spacious and well located in Old Town. Easy to walk and explore lots of the main sights. Great communication with host and all very helpful. Great bath and very comfy beds. Large comfortable living and kitchen space. Really warm. Great shower and a big bath as well.

Cons: Better instructions needed for how to work the tv's. There is a full kitchen set up but a lack of small knives and no toaster or sharp breab knife even thought the bread in Kaunas is delicious. Also coffee seemed to be for a plunger but there was no plunger and no Breakfast tea (only herbal). Also not enough toilet paper for length of our stay. This is a great place in a great location but some of the smaller things that would make it absolutley amazing were missing.
