Pros: We had a lovely stay in Kaunas. The flat was very nice, clean, and tidy, in a quiet area just a 3-minute walk from Akropolis. The owner was very friendly and accommodating we even asked if friends could stay for one night, and it was no problem at all.The apartment is well equipped, and we really appreciated having a washing machine. The only small thing missing for us (as we stayed 5 nights) was somewhere to hang clothes to dry, but that’s just a minor detail compared to how great everything else was.Overall, it was an amazing stay, and we will definitely be back

Excellent location and amenities

Pros: The apartment is well appointed and in an excellent location for my stay. It is quiet and comfortable, and the price was very fair for the amenities included. Directions from the host were all very clear, when provided.

Cons: I didn't like paying pillow tax for 2 guests when I was only one - the host explained this was an issue with my booking and couldn't be resolved, which I believe could have been corrected - I hold Booking.com equally responsible for this error though. The other issue I had was responsive communication from the host. I messaged multiple times (over several days) to request an hour extension on my check-out to accommodate my transportation arrangements and the host never replied. Also, the bathroom smelled strongly of mildew.
