Pros: Puiki vieta miesto centre. Yra viskas, ko reikia maisto gaminimui, kavos aparatas. Man labai svarbu, kad žiemą yra normaliai veikiantis oro kondicionierius.

Cons: Man reikėtų išankstinės komunikacijos, nes esu jautrus žmogus, noriu viską žinoti iš anksto, bet čia turbūt labiau mano problema.
