Pros: Viss tīrs, sakopts. Padomāts par sīkumiem, lai būtu ērti un komfortabli. Siltākā laikā iespēja atpūsties uz neliela balkona vai uz jumta ar skaistu skatu uz pilsētu.

Cons: Slikta izolācija, dzirdās viss, kas notiek kāpņu telpā un agri no rīta skaļums no ielas.
