Pros: Tilava, erittäin siisti ja rauhallinen paikka. Koirille hyvät lenkkeily mahdollisuudet viereisessä puistossa. Huoneistossa uusi keittiö. Parkkipaikka pihassa.

Cons: Yläkertaan todella jyrkät portaat. Sinne ei mahdollista mennä esim koirat tai liikuntarajoitteiset henkilöt. Ruokailuastioita olisi voinut olla enemmän ja alkerrassa olisi voinut olla sänky alkovin puolella sohvan sijalla.
