Excellent apartament for its price!

Pros: A lot of space, everything clean and tidy, modern. Good parking spot close to the apartament.

Great house, great for longer stays, would happily return!

Pros: Comfortably laid out, plenty of items to make the stay comfortable.

Cons: Location - no coffee shops or restaurants near by

Pros: We had an wonderful stay at this apartment! The space was nice – spotlessly clean, modern, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was fine for us. Special thanks to Host for their hospitality. Little touches like welcome snacks with bottle of water as well as quick responses made our trip extra comfortable. We’d gladly return and will recommend this place to our friends!

Cons: Unfortunately guard and fire alarm sounded twice without any reason. Once it was at 23:00hrs and 2nd time it was sounded at 4 o'clock in the morning, when everybody was sleeping and it waken us up. Probably some sensor has bad connection or already failed and needs to check/change by specialist. Another thing - automatic lights in the bath room and corridor. That said, the automatic lights in the bathroom and corridor were a bit frustrating—they didn't turned off for a long time, which was inconvenient for us.

Pros: The apartment was clean and had everything you needed.

Own space to stay close to Kaunas.

Pros: Good location with kitchen appliances and everything needed. Check in was smooth, but the map stops at the next house. Dedicated parking. Closed to city.

Cons: I believe something is wrong with the heating. It didn't feel 23 degrees. But there are blankets:)

Suitable for Brief Stays, Less Ideal for Extended Stay

Pros: We enjoyed our week-long stay at Botanical Garden Loft in Kaunas. The house layout is modern and well-maintained, and everything was spotless. Although it's not in the city centre, the peaceful location was perfect for relaxing and going on walks. We didn't use the park, but it looked great. Highly recommended for a tranquil getaway.

Cons: One notable issue was with the electrical system. We found that using both the kettle and microwave simultaneously resulted in a power outage, necessitating a trip to the neighbouring garden to reset it, a minor inconvenience, but disruptive nonetheless. The comfort of the bed left something to be desired after a week, quite thin matrass. Furthermore, we were a bit disappointed with the late check-out process. Although we were initially informed of the option to extend our stay for an extra charge, the execution fell short. Despite our repeated attempts to confirm the arrangement, we were left waiting for a response. Ultimately, after multiple follow-ups, we were only able to secure an additional hour by directly contacting the provided phone number.

Easter holidays in Kaunas

Pros: The apartment is new, clean, spacious, has a terrace. The bed is wide and comfortable. There is no shortage of space in the wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of storage space. The washing machine with the drying function works perfectly. Free parking at the door, good Wi-Fi. The keys were easy to pick up and return. The host responds quickly to questions and requests.

Cons: Two small things were a bit annoying. First, when taking a shower, it splashed a lot and the water can run out into the corridor. Some sort of elevation would be nice. Second, the automatically dimming light in the bathroom. After taking a longer time in the shower, it went off too quickly, because the shower curtains cover the motion sensor from the person.
