Very pleasant and comfortable stay in a great, quiet location

Pros: I really loved the location – it’s just around the corner from Laisvės Alėja, which made everything very convenient. I stayed in Room 2, which faced the backyard and was very quiet. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated having a microwave and fridge in the room. It was also nicely decorated and felt very welcoming. I would happily stay here again.

Cons: I can’t give 5 stars for cleanliness, as I noticed some cobwebs on the walls/ceiling, the blinds were a bit dusty, and the upper bathroom cabinet was dusty and hadn’t been cleaned inside. However, this didn’t bother me as I didn’t use the cabinet, and everything else — including under the bed — was clean.

Pros: Location was brilliant and the apartment was cosy, very clean and tidy.

Pros: Great location , spacious , great communication through the app If needed anything

Cons: The bed was hard and difficult

Would definitely recommend them to anyone to stay and I would reuse them if I was travelling to Kaunas again

Pros: Apartment is small but cosy with all essentials it was clean warm and bed was very comfortable

Cons: The only thing was the code that you use for the door that is on the landing to enter the apartment doesn’t work all the time we had to enter it a couple of times or wait for someone to come out to let us in

Pros: The apartment had everything we needed. We were concered it will feel to little but there were a lot of smart storage that made it easy for us to put eveything in place so the apartent didn't feel messy.

Cons: That it was not possible to cast from our åhone to the TV, it had netflix pp but it was not possible for us to open in because it was locked. It should've been open so we can log in to our own account.

My second time staying here, would definitely use again.

Pros: Very clean and comfortable. Excellent location. Very close to the town / old town, with very little external noise.

Pros: Excellent. City centre. Warm so nice and warm it was wonderful Spotlessly clean. Comfy bed Perfect and even a washer and dryer to use.

Cons: Nothing all was brilliant

Great location, hidden and tricky access

Pros: Clean, comfortable, quiet enough and very quiet once windows closed. Great location.

Cons: Access was confusing. This is because I arrived in the evening and there’s no lighting at the door. There’s no indication that River City Apartments have (the very well set up) space within the apartment block. The photos help - in daylight. Also the initial instructions for access didn’t include the use of a “tick” symbol as part of the entry code. So code didn’t completely or work. For the first time in travelling g in Eastern Europe for weeks - my eSIM wouldn’t work….Luckily, given the lovely nature of everyone I’ve met on my travels, a young man stopped to help and we sorted it out together with experiments and his phone and both “flashlights” going on out phones and his local knowledge that a tick after entering a code can often be used. In Australia - that’s not the case. Once inside my apartment - all was great. Staff I texted to ask about various things and how to work them in the kitchen, were available immediately, did t know the answers (how the combo microwave oven worked or model number, or why the sink couldn’t be blocked for washing up… They recommended Chat GPT. Worked for the appliance. No help with sink - but coped fine.
