Pros: The location and the rooms is superb. The rooms has complete amenities i.e stove, microwave, kettle, pots & pans. And Julija the host is very responsive 😊 highly recommended

I would choose this place again next time.
Pros: Very convenient location, easy access and transportation. The area is quiet with no noise. The apartment had all the necessary essentials and everything was clean and tidy. I was satisfied with my stay.
Cons: My only small recommendation would be to provide fresh towels for guests who stay longer than a week. Everything else was perfect.

Pros: I loved everything about it, it was very comfortable, the bed and bedding was also very very nice and comfy, whole apartment design is very modern and perfect for work or leisure, because there is a desk where u can work. I definetlly reccomend it
Cons: Only the shower was a bit small, but it wasnt a big problem

Pros: I don’t think i could find anything better for that price in Kaunas. Perfect location, apartment small but clean and cozy. I was surprised that living near street was not crowded at all. Couldn’t hear ant noises from the street
Cons: Only one problem - toilet water was running very often after use.

Good stay with some issues
Pros: The room was spacious with a kitchen available. The bed was comfortable and had no problem with parking. Check-in went smoothly without any issues.
Cons: The bathroom cleanliness could have been better, drawers were quite dirty with someone’s hair. In addition, the electricity went out 45 minutes before check-out and did not come back. There was no information provided and no apology afterwards, which was inconvenient as it interrupted some of our procedures.

Pros: Very comfortable and easy entrance process, Apartments was spacious, with lot of windows and natural light, clean, comfy and cozy. Walking paths and old town is nearby, quiet area except the road nearby, but it was quiet anyway because windows is soundproof :)

Pros: Nice apartment, great location in city center, free parking
Cons: Not big problems, only loud noise from street when windows are open, but with windows closed was alright. There is AC too, but it had wierd smell

Great value for money for a new apartment in Kaunas
Pros: Downtown Kaunas is a 20 minute walk from this apartment. Great value for money, very well equipped apartment. Check-in was contacless and easy. Parking is right next to the house. Bed was comfortable. T.he building is quite new
Cons: The layout of the apartment could be better. No aircon in this apartment so we had to open the window for sleeping: the nearby road can be noisy and op in the open window was actually above our bed. Question for the hosts: why is the tourist tax not included in the price? We had to leave it on the table in cash - which was a little inconvenience in the age of electronic payments.

Great place to stay, deffinately we will come back!
Pros: The room was clean, cozy and well equipped. The location is excellent – close to the city center yet quiet and tranquil. Check-in went smoothly and communication with the host was quick and very friendly.
Cons: It was very hot during our stay and there was no air conditioning. I will consider the opportinty of ths option again when choosing this hotel.

Pros: very nice newly furnished accommodation, everything corresponds to the description and photos, communication went smoothly and quickly…
Cons: Given that the house is right next to the forest, you have to be careful of spiders, which were all over the entrance hall and staircase, and even in the apartments... it didn't bother us, we removed them, but it might bother someone... we were missing a dish towel and hangers in the bathroom..
