A nice apartment

Pros: - clean and tidy - value for the money - a nice flat in an old block of flats

Cons: - the decor on the cheap side - the neighbourhood a bit run-down

I would gladly book that property again.

Pros: The sizes of the rooms and amount of the beds have exceeded all my expectations. There were all necessary dishes, cups and cutlery.

Cons: No complaints.

Good if you are simple person

Pros: Location is good, close to Kalnapilis arena. The flat is normal, surroundings and neighbours seems normal. Beds are comfortable. For cheap one-night stay it's good enough. It was the cheapest choice on my visit days.

Cons: Communication channels between property owners (who receive your booking) and a person who is responsible to make your room clean and ready seems having issues sometimes. The good side that once I called them (30min. before my arrival) that I'm already on my way (booking was made and confirmed 2 days ago), they quickly realized that room was not ready for a new guest and immediately organized a young woman to come with new bedding and towels. So I assume that attitude to customer is not broken here but I would recommend to improve all the channels and ensure that property is always ready before new guest arrives. And dear customers - contact the property earlier than 30min before your arrival. In general, I was not disappointed with my this choice. The price says everything.

Pros: Plašs dzīvoklis, var apmesties arī ģimene. Tuvu vairāki veikali, lielā sporta arēna.

Pros: Iki centro - 15 min lengvo ėjimo. Aplinkui parduotuvių yra. Netoli gražus parkas pasportuoti ir pasivaikščioti.

Cons: Vonios kambaryje trūko muilo. Būtų gerai, kad raktą galima būtų palikti seifinei dėžutei ant sienos.

Cons: Le manque de propreté (vaisselle, frigo). Très peu de vaisselle. Pas de lavabo dans la salle de bain.

Pros: Квартира чистая, всё необходимое было подготовлено к приезду гостей. Место спокойное и тихое, хорошо отдохнули и выспались.

Cons: Для нас была важна парковка автомобиля. Ко времени прибытия нашли одно место, которое нас устраивало. Но поздним вечером, когда вернулись после ужина в ресторане, не было ни одного свободного места. Пришлось парковать машину, прыгая через высокие поребрики, почти на газоне. Другого варианта не было.

Lieliska atpūtas vieta gan vienam, gan ar ģimeni.

Pros: Viesu uzņēmējs ļoti pretīmnākošs. Lielā gulta ļoti ērta (tur ir vairākas gultas). Veikali praktiski tepat blakus, līdz centram apmēram kilometrs. Virtuvē viss nepieciešamais ēdienu pagatavošanai.
