Very cozy nice flat for a couple

Pros: Great flat with good facilities and comfortable and clean. Host very friendly and flexible.

Cons: The downstairs neighbour couple are alcoholic and always drunk - very loud and shouting from night time and morning! Very uncomfortable as their flat is just below.
