Pros: The apartment was new, fresh, and exceptionally clean — it really felt like everything was just recently finished. The warm floors made it cozy and comfortable, and the huge TV was a great touch for relaxing evenings. I especially loved the terrace with nice view that wraps around the apartment — it gives the place a very open and spacious feel. The apartment was pleasantly warm overall, and having a private parking spot was a huge bonus. Definitely appreciated that extra convenience!

Cons: The only thing that could use improvement is the bathroom ventilation — it felt there is none. Also, while the apartment is on a nice location and high floor with excellent view, if you open the windows, you can hear street noise. It didn’t bother me too much, but since I prefer total quiet, it was noticeable. For most people, though, it’s probably not an issue.

Pros: I enjoyed every second I stayed in the apartment. It’s very beautiful, comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. I would choose it to stay again and again. Highly recommended.

Amazing NEW place with nice host!

Pros: Everything!! All was new and clean and amazing design! ☺️🫶🏼 Host was very nice and met us on the spot, showed everything. 20min drive to old citu town, but all whats needed also around. Amazing option to get to buildings roof panorama - we just chilled there and enjoyed the night light of the city with some wine! ☝🏼

Cons: Can’t think of anything! ☺️ Loved it there!

Pros: Piękny apartament na 12(11)piętrze w nowym budynku (jeszcze zasiedlanym). Wejście od patio ,szlaban przy wyjeździe otwiera się automatycznie. Apartament luksusowy ,dobrze wyposażony, balkon na całej długości mieszkania z oknami do podłogi, klimatyzacja ,dwa telewizory (TVP Polonia 31 kanał). Taras widokowy na 21piętrze (lewą windą) otwiera się niebieskim brelokiem przy kluczach. Obok wylotówki na Kowno- Rygę , do centrum 25 minut trolejbusem a na lotnisko 45 minut -trochę na uboczu ale nam zależało na Wierszuliszkach. Doskonały kontakt z Gospodarzem.

Cons: Jedna kołdra ale w miarę szeroka.
