Pros: Location is convenient, if you need to reach railway station and central buss station (for airport transfer). However, a bit difficult to find. But the instructions sent by the owner/manager were detailed enough.

Cons: The apartment itself although spacious and very convenient for family of 3, is a bit worn out and needs refurbishment. The sofa in the living room is actually broken and really shabby. The same goes for window sun-screens - actually broken in all rooms:(. Also windows were not clean or washed. Also some spare towels would be preferable (there was none or he kitchen zone).

Clean, sophisticated apartment, good infrastructure.

Pros: The layout and size of the apartment are ideal. From an urbanistic point of view, the neighborhood is not particularly interesting, but the atmosphere is good due to the proximity of the university — there are lots of young people, and the crowd in public places is pleasant.

Cons: The sofa should be replaced.

Pros: Butas buvo jaukus ir labai šiltas, atvykimo instrukcijos aiškios. Didelis privalumas buvo parkingas, kuriame visada buvo galima rasti laisvos vietos. Buvo smagu rasti kavos aparatą ir kavos pupeles, todėl visos viešnagės metu galėjome mėgautis skania kava 🙂

Cons: Šiek tiek pritrūko tvarkos. Jei ne dulkės svetainėje ir pelėsis vonioje, viskas būtų buvę idealu.

Pros: Saimnieki lieliski! Pēdējā mirklī radās situācija, kas neļāva izmantot rezervētos apartamentus, bet saimnieki ātri un operatīvi to atrisināja, piedāvājot tā vietā citu-vēl lieliskākus! Patīkama atpūta!
