Efficient, agile and respectful company.

Pros: I was very impressed with the kindness and agility of the company that manages the apartment. When we arrived at the apartment, the hot water was not working!!! But after sending a message quickly the problem was resolved. Thank you very much for your efficiency, respect and especially your concern for your guests. Note 1000.

Apartment had what I needed.

Pros: The flat is in a new building, facing a nice and quiet courtyard. Bed was surprisingly comfortable, all inside looks new. It's not far to the Gate of Dawn and other attractions but the area around and the way from train station are very dodgy, watch your step if you're walking there.

Cons: The shower doesn't drain water, you're standing in 4cm of water within 30 seconds of turning it on. This makes it slippery inside but also water pours out as you move around. Place is clean on the surface but easy to spot the tiles in the bathroom need a wipe down

Cons: Need to clear and dispose rubbish but no refuse separation/recycle facility.

Pros: Close to everything. New building and new appartment, many facilities, quiet (soundproof), good room size,... Adequate to spend there some days

Pros: Very nice and clean apartment in a very good location. The center is very close. You can find a local food market and some other super markets in just a few minutes.

Cons: The bedsheet for the double bed needs to be bigger. A bread knife and a chopping board is needed as well.

Very well-maintained apartment that is close to everything that you may need

Pros: Very well-maintained apartment that is extremely close to the coach & train stations. There is a coffee shop downstairs attached to the building. It's an easy walk to Old Town and other parts of Vilnius. There is also an elevator if you have a lot of luggage. WiFi worked great.

Cons: There was no AC, but the owners left a fan that was very helpful.
