Pilies Street Exclusive Apartment by Reside Baltic

Pros: Parking, close to areas, convenience, warm floor, big bed

Cons: We had cold water to begin with, but was quickly rectified by contacting the staff

Pros: The location is amazing. Absolutely perfect for seeing the best of Vilnius. Apartment comfortable and clean

Cons: Disappointed with the kitchen equipment. Too few cutlery, only 1 dishwasher tablet, no scourers for cleaning pans and only 1 drying-up cloth. Only 1 loo roll provided per bathroom. The worst problem was no blinds or curtains in upstairs bedroom and only a single sheet on the double bed in the lower bedroom. Very unhygienic lying on uncovered mattress!!!

Perfect for our needs, excellently located

Pros: Extremely well located - close to bars and restaurants and shops yet quiet in the evening and no noise disturbance for sleeping. Easily walkable to all areas in Vilnius. Beautifully decorated property with comfortable beds and loads of space. Excellent laundry room with washing and drying facilities. This is definitely a house rather than an apartment.

Cons: A few extra bits would have been useful. Blinds for the upstairs windows (currently no curtains at all), a hairdryer and some extra forks (there were exactly x4) as examples. The under bed sheet didn’t fit the mattress (it wasn’t large enough) and as such it didn’t feel hygienic although all sheets provided were scrupulously clean. Also extra pillows would have been nice as only x1 each supplied. Parking also an issue as didn’t want to upset other residents but having paid for parking wanted to be able to park. The allocated spaces outside the downstairs window were always in use by other cars and parking elsewhere created access issues for others. Finally another property in the area undergoing building renovation and a lot of building debris littered around the courtyard eg broken beds etc but suspect that this may be short term and not a lasting issue.

Pros: Excellent apartment, amazing location. Would stay there again

Pros: The apartment was beautiful. It was clean, cozy and in a great location in the center of Vilnius old town. The check-in process was easy. Host was respectful, friendly and helpful. Thank you! Absolutely recommend this apartment!

Phenomenal old town apartment 😃❄️🎅🏼👍

Pros: Phenomenal apartment in an unbeatable location in the heart of the old town of Vilnius. You are beside lots of amazing restaurants and cafes right on your doorstep. Only a few minutes away from all the attractions and sights too. The apartment itself is massive and beautifully furnished, there is 3 floors, with 2 huge bedrooms, 2 lovely bathrooms, and an additional WC too downstairs. It has lovely windows overlooking the courtyard, and there is a gated entrance to get in. Also there's a laundry room with washing machine etc. There is heated flooring throughout too which is amazing 😃👍 anyone planning on staying in Vilnius should look no further.

Modern, large, clean, good for a family and long stay

Pros: We liked the location and the size of the apartment. Just one step from Etno Dvaras on Pilies g. Actually it looks like a separate house with 3 floors. I like contactless key handover. We got very precise instructions how to find the apartment and where the key was left. There are toilets on each floor. And even a separate laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Cons: Some things didn’t work properly like the dishwasher and the food disposer. Due to these malfunctions the sink irritated me with water stating in it. But I said about the problem to the manager from Reside Baltic. Hope they fixed it before arrival of new guests.

Pros: Квартира находится на туристической улице вблизи ресторанов( можно сходить на завтрак от 7.00), музеев и парка . При этом не слышен шум с улицы. Есть отдельный вход сразу со двора. Было много спальных мест и санузлов. В квартире много дизайнерских вещей. Много новых. Интернет работает нормально. Отопление локальное с возможностью регулирования. Огромная кухня , но укомплектована слабо либо очень старыми вещами( старые сковороды, старые кастрюли и посуда с трещинами).

Cons: Очень сложное заселение. Только после оплаты я узнал об оплате депозита в 100€. Пока не оплатишь депозит - нет доступа к квартире! Для получения паролей от входной двери необходимо пройти верификацию с отправкой фотографии паспорта и селфи. Каждого гостя . Всё это нужно сделать через специальную программу. Служба поддержки была на связи. Спасибо ей большое. Депозит вернули спустя 10 дней в полном объеме.
