Modern, spacious apartment near the old town

Pros: Modern and well stocked apartment close to the old town. Situated in an inner courtyard it is quiet at night. The apartment is spacious, has most of the equipment you need to make your stay comfortable. It is a self check in apartment, but it was easy and quick. The host is responsive to messages.

Cons: - No air-conditioning despite clearly advertised on Booking.com under amenities. There is a passive ventilation system, but it is not able to reduce/change the temperature fast. - A black out curtain in the bedroom would be nice. - A shower curtain would help.

Beautiful stylish apartment in a great location with free secure parking. Highly recommended.

Pros: The location is fantastic, just outside the Old Town. Everywhere is walkable and there is a large supermarket nearby. The apartment is immaculate and stylishly furnished. Highly recommended with free secure parking.

Cons: It would be better to have a sofa bed for the third guest as it was just a sofa.

Cons: Everything was good. A sofa-bed could be more comfortable in a living room, but it was not an issue for our friends' stay.

Pros: Nuostabi viešnagė! Savininkė buvo rūpestinga, labai šilta ir maloni. Suteikė visą reikiamą informaciją išsamiai, todėl jautėmės laukiami bei ramūs nuo pat atvykimo. Patys apartamentai yra modernūs, labai gražūs, tvarkingi ir jaukūs. Juose buvo šilta net šalčiausią žiemą. Yra viskas, ko tik gali prireikti gyvenimui, poilsiui ar maisto gamybai, apgalvota kiekviena detalė. Vieta tobula – visai šalia Aušros vartų, aplinka labai graži, puiku išeiti pasivaikščioti. Iki Rotušės aikštės trumpas pasivaikščiojimas. Didelis privalumas yra nuosavas vidinis kiemas ir atskira vieta automobiliui. Labai patiko, tikrai sugrįšime!

Resurrected Luxury Ruins

Pros: Convenient location. Quiet. Big. Everything is modern and new. Looks recently renovated. Central climate control is a good addition. Cats roaming the yard give a charming touch. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials and more (eg coffee). Same with the laundry room. The bathroom is huge and comfortable. Feels homely.

Cons: The apartment is located in a gated enclosure which pretty much resembles a war zone. (Very old buildings almost crumbling down. Renovation is done very well on this one but there are underlying humidity problems that started appearing on columns and different areas in the apartment. You won't notice them for a short stay but sometimes eg the pillows feel musty/wet. The couch also smells a bit.

Cons: Негативных моментов не было. Стоит, пожалуй, оборудовать террасу креслами и столиком для отдыха на воздухе в хорошую погоду

Amazing, spacious luxury apartment

Pros: You can clearly tell that hosts really care - from communication to how apartment has been arranged and built everything was top quality. It’s also really spacious and quite central - both right next to the old town city gates as well as key transportation hubs. The fact that the apartment is located within an inner, quiet courtyard is also a plus. Finally we really liked bathroom area with heated floor. Great value for the money.
