Large apartment in a good location, but needs renovation and better maintenance

Pros: Good location, spacious apartment, has a large outdoor terrace, free parking in the courtyard.

Cons: The apartment looks better in the photos than in reality. The apartment needs cosmetic repairs. It was also lacking in cleanliness, especially in the drawers and furniture. There are no cabinets next to the bed in the bedroom, and the lamp is so unstable. The curtains are floor-length when going to the outdoor terrace, you can easily slip. But here are the details. Just for the price of the apartment, the owners should take more care of cleanliness and comfort.

Pros: Vieta tobula, bute viskas kas būtina trumpam ar ilgesniam apsistojimui. Parkavimo aikštelė didelė, nereikia grūstis ar ieškoti kur priparkuoti automobilį. Butas labai erdvus, aukštomis lubomis. Instrukcijos aiškios, kaip pasiimti raktus. Mielai apsistočiau dar kartą.

Cons: Neturiu jokių neigiamų atsiliepimų.
