Pros: Bardzo czyste, przytulne mieszkanie. Świetny kontakt z właścicielem, wszystkie szczegóły zameldowania i wymeldowania jasno określone i wyjaśnione. Na duży plus zasługuje folder przygotowany przed właścicieli w którym można znaleźć użyteczne informacje

Cons: Odległość od centrum, ale całkiem dobre połączenie komunikacją miejską
