Pros: Gera, patogi vieta, parkingas, švaru, gražu, nenugyventa.

Cons: Nauji, bet labai prastos kokybės rankšluosčiai (visiškai nesugeria). Nežmoniškai karšta (26-27 laipsniai), neįmanoma miegoti, teko kelis kartus keltis vėdinti, galimybės pareguliuoti (sumažinti) šildymą nebuvo.
