Pros: We had an entire house to ourselves, clean and well taken care of, with welcoming hosts who tried to make us feel at home. The location was very good, about 8–10 minutes on foot from the center of Trakai.
Cons: The beds were old and not very comfortable.

The location for nature lovers who want to chill out, have long breakfasts on the terrace and do some sports
Pros: Clean, good comfortable furniture, spacious, view from the terrace, proximity to the lake and nature/sports paths.
Cons: No coffee maker or French press, we ended up making coffee in the cooking pot. Parking can be scary if you’re not used to cliffside, tight parking and maneuvers up/down the hill.

Warm Hospitality in a Peaceful Lakeside Setting
Pros: We were warmly welcomed by a super attentive and caring owner — such a lovely surprise after a long, exhausting flight! The location is just perfect: calm, peaceful, and full of charm. A small, beautiful garden, quiet boats, and a sleepy lake just 20 meters away create a truly relaxing atmosphere. It took us only about 15 minutes to walk along the scenic lakeshore to the nearby castle. The place had everything we needed for our one-night stay. I highly recommend ordering the breakfast — it’s hearty, homemade, and served in generous portions, which made the experience feel very homely and personal.
Cons: While some might point out that the interior isn’t as modern as a typical hotel and that a few things could use some repairs, the space has a unique, roomy character and warmth that modern places often lack. It felt more like a welcoming retreat than a hotel stay — and we loved that.

Nice place
Pros: Very friendly owners. We arrived late, luckily owner agreed to wait for us. Nice place with good view. Shared kitchen fully equiped. Late is just walking distance. Castle 15min walk. Parking a little tight but comfort.
Cons: Bathroom had some minor wear and tear.

Great location with a great view
Pros: Had a room with a tertace which had a great view of the lake. You can go swimming there as well and the water was great. Conveniently located 10 min walk to the centre and less than 15 mins to the castle. Hosts were welcoming and lovely.
Cons: Bed little firm, could use a matress topper.

Perfect !
Pros: We liked everything about the property. We stayed in a family room (2 rooms) balcony, then we had a shared kitchen and bathroom which was no problem at all. Property was spacious and clean. Had access to the garden and a lake. We enjoyed swimming everyday with kids. The property is 20 min walk by the lake to the castle. Auguste was a perfect host and made our stay special, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be returning! Thank you :)

Beautiful accommodation, welcoming host
Pros: Very warm welcome, the whole property was beautifully clean and the room was very spacious. Comfortable bed, access to cooking facilities. The location was excellent with a small private pier to access the lake for a dip and then drying off in the beautiful garden.
Cons: Only thing is the driveway to parking was very steep but brilliant to have parking facility
