Pros: - Great localisation - The room was very clean and comfortable - Netflix on the TV was a pleasant surprise

Cons: -There were two plates that were not scrubbed clean, but it was visible that they were cleaned beforehand. -Two pots would be nice, cooking with just one was a little difficult. -The small mirror in our room was also not clean but not so much that I couldn’t see myself in it

Pros: The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There’s a large closet with extra blankets and a well equipped kitchen. I would definitely recommend this place.

Cons: While booking the apartment, I didn’t realize it was located in the basement. As a result, it’s quite difficult to get rid of humidity in the bathroom. The shower drain was clogged with hair, causing water to pool. Some of the other guests ended up flooding the entire bathroom and didn’t clean up afterwards. I had to take care of the situation and fix it myself. However, I informed the owner, who responded with genuine concern and was very caring.

Pros: Very good location for public transport use. There is a great cheap restaurant - Fire Place just across the street. It could be a great place during the hot summer as the room is below ground level. Good furnitures.

Cons: The room has large windows, but it is under ground level, so it is not sunny, but the heaters were on and the room is really cozy, even birds singing by the window.

Perfect

Pros: It was very clean. There were flip flops with disinfectant next to them. They also provided us with towels, shower gel, pots and even tea. I was very happy and the bed is wonderful, I slept great. Small but uswful space. Perfect place for introverts, you don't have to have contact with other people.

Cons: During colder times the condensation can leave water on the parapet.

I would chose it again

Pros: The room's furnishings were fine, as was the pleasant warmth despite the freezing weather outside. The location relative to the city is also good.

Pros: It was located very close to the city centre. It was a very fair price in my opinion, and considering the price I paid I was pleasantly surprised by how well everything looked.

Cons: I’m not a big fan of sharing a toilet/bathroom facilities with strangers, but at least it was kept very clean and neat. So it didn’t feel nasty to “share” with strangers. I also felt like one of the two windows didn’t close properly so there was a cold draft sometimes. But we had a lot of blankets to keep us warm.

Pros: Room was cleaned and warm, with kitchen and all stuff you need like pan, cups or glasses, good location near to the centre

Good value for money for a short stay

Pros: I had a 2 night stay in Modern guesthouse and in general I was satisfied with it. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was enough for a short stay as mine, the location was walkable.

Cons: As other reviews mentioned, the room is in a basement, which gives a musty smell to the place. Everything was super clean and tidy, however it feels strange when the towel has this musty smell :(

This place is clean+has everything and located close to the center. I enjoyed and really recommend.

Pros: I liked the location, cleanliness, facilities, and the communication with the host. I will definitely check the availability of this room first when I get back to Vilnius
