Great place for shorter ang longer stays for al type of activities in the heart of Merkinė

Pros: The hosts are wonderful, they take care of all the things. The room comfort and equipment were very modern. Home made breakfast with the hosts. Great neighborhood not too busy, but at the same time very close to the center.

Cons: It is a private household district, there are a lot of lawn mowers in action on the weekends and it is noisy. English language is not perfect, but they speak German and Russian in case.

The lovely owners should be very proud of this top quality delightful place.

Pros: This place is just perfect. The owners were so friendly and helpful. The property is spotlessly clean and has everything you need and more. I was allowed to use the washing machine and it was a big help. There is WiFi and it was a good speed. The quality of everything is outstanding, the shower is amazing. Location is great, village centre very close. I will remember these lovely people and their delightful place for many years to come.

Pros: Extremely friendly couple. They showed me around, answered questions and were willing to chit-chat. The house is designed in an incredibly loving way, very cozy with a lot of attention to the details.

Pros: Everything exceeded my expectations, especially with the low price. The room is huge, the natural light floods in from windows & skylights and the kitchen is grand! The owner is incredibly kind and helpful, a true joy staying at their peaceful private guesthouse. This is an excellent place to stay and do multiple day trips exploring the region. Highly recommended.

Pros: It was in the perfect location and the hosts were amazing! Couldn't ask for anything more. Breakfast was also available upon request and they were able to give great recommendations for food and other activities in Merkinė.

Pros: Clean and cozy house close to the center of the village with all the facilities you need, Super friendly host, she even made me pancakes! Very affordable price for what you're getting. Will stay again if I'm in the area!

Cons: Host didn't speak English so was a bit difficult to communicate.
