Great hotel

Pros: Had a very pleasant stay, rooms are clean, nice view, great breakfast. Nice lady Joana at the reception was very welcoming and provided all the needed information about the stay. Overall enjoyed the stay and recommend this hotel to others!

Pros: It is very centrally located, modern, Scandinavian-style hotel. Rooms are crispy clean, small fridge is available in the rooms. I also liked that there are no carpets in the hotel which I appreciated for hygiene. The hotel also offers a discount noted parking opportunity. Superb breakfast. I liked absolutely everything! Thank you!

Pros: A standard chain hotel, the rooms are small but had everything I needed, good internet, and a very generous and tasty breakfast. I was surprised to find that each room had a bath and shower. There is a parking lot (12 euros per day).

Very good location and very good breakfast.

Pros: Location is perfect. Personell was very polite and professional. There is a parking place (for extra charge, but still..) and that was important for me this time. I enjoyed breakfast.

Cons: Room was rather small. As I stayed for 1 day it was ok, but if coming with a big suitcase, then it would be challanging.

Pros: We traveled with children, including one in a wheelchair. We had booked a family room and received a free upgrade. The breakfast was standard but very good. However, I wouldn't recommend going to the designated parking lot with luggage or if you have mobility issues, as it is very difficult to get from there to the hotel with suitcases and a wheelchair. It’s better to drop everyone off at the reception and have only the driver take the car to the parking. Thank you!

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay in a great central location and would happily return.

Pros: We really liked our the family suite. It was very comfortable and having separate spaces — and especially separate bathrooms, made a big difference when staying with kids. The children absolutely loved their room with the two-floor bed and their own kid-friendly bathroom. The best surprise for them was the welcome kit for kids. They were so excited to find drawing activities and some sweet treats inside. They were also thrilled about the coupons they received for a free drink at the bar. It made them feel very special and added an extra touch to our stay.

Cons: A few small things could be improved. Free parking for hotel guests would be great, though we understand the city center location and the €12 per day option was reasonable. It would also be nice to open the windows at night for fresh air instead of only using air conditioning. Lastly, the complimentary water bottles were empty, but luckily we had our own.

perfectly good

Pros: Very clean. very comfortable bed and nice linen good shower Really liked the pure water supply which we could help ourselves to. Wish all hotels supplied this instead of plastic bottles. Same applies to toiletries which were in refillable containers
