Cute little ‘summerhouses’ set in lovely landscape

Pros: In nature, good value for money, great facilities … the staff were concerned we would be cold in the ‘summerhouses’ in mid Oct therefore they added a heater for us…. it wasn’t necessary as were plenty warm enough however we appreciated the consideration

Nice weekend escapee from city

Pros: Clean vila, the same vibe we experienced few years before, some things the same, some new. Overall, premises kept well and we got what expected. Reception responsive and fast, nice housekeeping ladies (brought us barbecue equipment really promptly). All the basic amenities provided. The spa zone ok. Lots of space outside to explore. Good price/ quality ratio.

Cons: Some things require replacement or renovation: shower equipment, hairdryer, maybe bed mattress. Again, these are just details.

Pros: All was perfect as usual and sinergia villa was outstanding

Cons: Well is not the property/ hotel fault but mine … but I forgot my watch in SPA changing room cabinet and checking back 30 min later …it disappeared!! Some other very polite customer took it …

Pros: Location is amazing - private, quiet, relaxing, wonderful view of the forest. Jacuzzi was spacious, good water temperature and the whole experience to be in jacuzzi under the stars was 10/10. Room was clean, beds comfortable. Aircon working. Good water pressure in the shower. Ice in the freezer.

Cons: This was not a 5 star experience: - no separate bigger towels for jacuzzi; - no proper knife, we had to cut the bread with dinner knife; - cups for coffee/tea were very small, limited amount of coffee/tea/sugar - for one breakfast only; - Cheap 1 soap bottle for both shampoo/shower gel - No shelves in the bathroom where to put your belongings - dirty patio furniture - no info/explanation how and when jacuzzi will be cleaned - cleaning person only spoke russian. - reception staff was not welcoming - poor wifi
