Nice spacious flat in the center of Birstonas

Pros: Very good location-in the center of Birstonas. Apartment has a big balcony equiped with outdoor furniture, where we you can spend evenings. Also the flat is equiped with everything that you might need for your stay, including bedding, towels, soap, iron, hair dryer, kitchenware and dishes. A really good choice for vacation with group of friends or family.

Spacious apartment in a great location, yet without AC.

Pros: Spacious apartment with all the necessary facilities. Perfect location in Birštonas, all main attractions within walking distance.

Cons: We were lucky it was a warm spring weekend, yet on a hot summer day it would be crazy hot to stay without an AC.

Pros: Apartamentų vieta puiki, butas erdvus, atsiveria gražūs vaizdai į Birštoną. Žiemą per šalčius šilta, reguliuojamas šildymas puikiai veikia. Savininkas draugiškas, greitai reaguoja kilus klausimams. Verta sugrįžti.

Pros: Pats centras, kavinės, parduotuvės šalia. Dideli apartamentai, viskas ko reikia šeimai... nuo indų iki rankšluosčių.... šeimininkai malonūs ir paslaugūs....

Cons: Užuolaidos tragiškos nedengia langų, vasarą atostogauti matomai būtų tragedija.... saulė plieskia užuolaidų tas pats kas nėra, kondicionieriaus nėra. Manau būtų pekla. 4 sukštas iš 4, su lagaminais jau nekonfortiška. Virdulys baisus... nekilo ranka .. net išplauti. Parkingas loterija...

Pros: Gera lokacija Birštone. Šviesus erdvus butas su visais reikalingais įrankiais virtuvėje trumpai viešnagei.

Cons: Negaliu daugiau įvertinti, nes vaikams trūko WiFi ir buvo per daug vorų kurių bijojo.

Pros: Patiko švara, patogūs kambariai, yra beveik viskas ko reikia apsistojus kelioms dienoms. Patalpomis likome patenkintos.

Cons: Kelioms paroms apsistojus, nebuvo kur pasikabinti rūbų. Spintos yra, bet nebuvo pakabų rūbams. Vienas minusas. Šeimininkui reikia patobulinti patekimą į apartamentus. Bet daugiau viskas gerai.

Overall good but could be easily improved

Pros: A location is perfect. A design of apartment is convenient. Check-in/check-out process was easy after we get the info how to do it (we had to call), we also were able to come earlier/leave later. Lots of extra bedding.

Cons: All towels and blankets/pillows are different colors. They are quite old as well. A simple order from IKEA of matching towels/bedding would make it look much better. Also, it has a very strong smell of fabric softener (not our preference). Some dishes required re-wash before using. Also, it’s 4/4 floor and may not be convenient for some. To get the check in info we had to call it on the day of arrival, messeges were not replied.
