Huge nice hotel and small spa

Pros: rooms were comfortable, breakfast was delicious, territory is beautiful

Cons: The spa had plenty of space, but it was packed. We weren't expecting such a rush. And there was a strong smell of chlorine, which stung our eyes.

Nice but we expected more

Pros: Room, bathroom and bed size was perfect. Bed was very comfortable , but pillows no.. too soft.. Room, bathroom was clean and warm. Room had balcony, but for winter season it was not actual. Staff was nice and polite. Breakfast was very good despite very early (only until 10 am)

Cons: Check in procedure - standing in row was frustrating. I travel very often and never saw it. Spa super small for so big hotel and huge number of people.. too may children disturbing other clients.. so it was not real relax. There were 3 restaurants but menu was very poor for vegetarian… so we had to go to the city look for dinner.. Noise of reconstruction in the early morning!! For 1 night it was ok but for linger stay it would be disaster..

Pros: We have stayed at this hotel with my husband five times, and overall we really enjoyed our stay! We especially appreciated the clean rooms, relaxation facilities, swimming pool, and sauna — everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The only downside was that on February 13–14 at the pool, the receptionist handing out towels served us rather coldly and with a hint of disdain. Fortunately, another staff member was very polite and friendly, and the towel service went smoothly. Overall, the hotel leaves a very positive impression, and we are happy to return again.

Nice stay

Pros: Big room, great breakfast, nice spa area. We stayed there because of the spa but discovered that we can use only one of the 2 Spa areas and it was a bit disappointing and not clear why. Free parking

Cons: Didn't understand why access is limited to one spa area when there is two areas. The room is dated. The balcony was locked but the wind was coming inside. Spa treatments are expensive.

Pros: Everything was great. Thank you for celebration cake!

Comfortable, relaxing, excellent spa

Pros: We have stayed at this hotel several times already, and each time we choose it over hotels in the city center. Although it is located on the outskirts, this has never been an issue for us. The hotel offers a very convenient shuttle service directly to the city center, and if needed, it is always easy to take a taxi, which is quite affordable in Lithuania. The rooms are very comfortable and well-equipped. One of the highlights of the hotel is the excellent spa complex, which is truly impressive and perfect for unwinding. Breakfasts are generous and varied, with a wide selection of options, and dinners are absolutely delicious. It is also very convenient that additional dishes can be ordered on site.

Cons: Overall, we do not see any drawbacks in this hotel.

A great place near the city but staff could put more effort

Pros: Kids pool zone, location, breakfast, service at dinner

Cons: Did not have enough pool robes for kids, and when we were left without one, staff did not make any effort to make us feel better or help find a solution, or accommodate like an extra towel or big robe or something. Also the mini bar was empty

Goog place for families with small children.

Pros: Good price for stay over, SPA zone and breakfast. Room was basic, but enough big.

Cons: During Christmas-New Year holidays it was crowded. Check-in took time as only one person was in reception. SPA swimming pool also crowded. The water is quite chlorinated. Breakfast was also crowded.

Everything was good.

Pros: Breafast was very good. Everybody in our family found something to eat. There are also gluten free options available. Dinner in main restaurant was also very good and we also got a discount for child. :)

Cons: Had to walk quite far to get to spa center.
