Pros: I had some (unrelated to the apartments themselves) issues with getting in, and the support line has been of great use with their quick and clear responses. The room was neat, fully prepared, and comfortable to stay in. I did feel the strong smell of (I believe it to be) cleansing chemistry during my entrance, but you can always easily air the room and/or bathroom. The best parts for me were the beds/mattresses, absolutely the best hours of calmest sleep I've ever had.

Cons: Kettle, it doesn't look healthy to use. It either had a really rough treatment or is corroded by time.
