Pros: Well-equipped and cozy apartment in great location with everything you would expect from such type of accommodation

Cons: Disclaimer: the following drawbacks are not universal nor critical and not solely fault of the host but may be valid to some potential guests. 1) No mosquito nets or A/C.; 2) Squeaking floors; 3) Smoking neighbours in balconies with smell penetrating through.

Close to town and lake, it was a Michelin star accommodation if there is such a thing.

Pros: This was a wonderful apartment, they forgot noting fully equipped kitchen,spacious,comfortable, not a spect of dust and fresh flowers.

Pros: The best apartments we ever stayed in and we travel a lot.Spacious, stylish, cosy. The apartment has everything needed and is very well planned out. Very good location. The host is so organised and caring.

Cozy apartments in the city center.

Pros: As my children said, these are the best apartments we have ever rented. We came to participate in the bicycle race that takes place every year in Ignalina. The apartment amazed us with its beauty, comfort, and functionality. The youngest daughter appreciated the toys and books, the older ones the TVs, and my wife the modern kitchen. I enjoyed sitting with a cup of tea on the cozy balcony. Next time, here again!

Cons: The description of the apartments says that you need to call the owners to check-in. But the messages indicated the code for the key box because I booked a long time ago and forgot about it and tried to call the owners. Perhaps for convenience, you can send guests a reminder with an access code before check-in.

Wonderful stay in Lake Apartments! Close to the town center, tourist office, grocery store & lake!

Pros: Easy access to unit, beds were comfortable, free WIFI, excellent kitchen facilities (after a week of nearly NO facilities elsewhere!), spacious unit, welcome additions such as soap, some kitchen condiments, tea & coffee. Blinds to block out the light (in summer this was especially welcome, due to the late setting sun and early rising sun - remember we came straight from an Australian winter of short days and long nights :)

Cons: These are NOT meant to be negative points - but rather areas which could be improved upon in future: We were in Ignalina during summer and the nights were quite warm. We did not expect air conditioning, as this was not one of the inclusions of the property (and at 29-32 degrees this was not necessary,, especially for us Aussies :)). However, I think that an investment into 2-3 standing fans would be VERY beneficial during summer, especially as there are no insect/mosquito nets on the windows. Those of us who are worried about being bitten during the night, could leave a fan on in the bedroom overnight (fans are also MUCH more efficient than A/C in terms of electricity use). There were no instructions on how to use the TV. As we were from Australia (where we are used to free to air TV channels, in addition to Netflix, STAN, Disney access), we could not work out how to just watch the regular TV channels. It took over 1/2 hour to find 'a' TV channel. We ended up spending another 30-40 minutes trying to find something on You Tube to watch, but even that was quite difficult. In Australia, ALL types of rental accommodation provides a folder with instructions to EVERYTHING possible for that unit/accommodation (for eg. how to use the washing machine, TV or oven, whether or not we need to take out the rubbish or if it is collected by the cleaners, which night is garbage night, what can/cannot be recycled etc). For tourists from overseas, this type of folder of information would be invaluable, as every country, state, town, property may have different rules/regulations. It is also invaluable for the home owner/renter, as you know that your renters will use your appliances correctly and not ruin/break anything before your next client arrives :)

Pros: The place is very clean, very well looked after. There is plenty of everytjing you need. The location is perfect. Modern, bright, calm location. A lot of lakes, nature nearby.

Pros: Beautiful apartment with all you need. Well equipped kitchen and very good bed. Modern style. Very easy to communicate with owner.. Short walk to the lake as well as supermarket.

Cons: The neighbors could be noisy at unexpected hours.

Pros: Très spacieux, confortable, agréable ! Avec tout ce qu'il faut. Il y a même un petit pack de bienvenue avec du café, thé... Il y a même des balcons/vérandas.
