Lovely Kaunas
Pros: It was clean and comfortable and the underfloor heating kept us cosy. Access to washing machine and dryer. We had a few issues which were resolved quickly.
Cons: Just small details - no where to hang towels after use, no cooking utensils besides one spatula. We stayed 13 nights and it was difficult to prepare to prepare and serve a meal with only a spatula!

Great location, perfect little place to stay.
Pros: Really convenient location. Very clean, well decorated and really warm - perfect for the super cold weather. It was also great value.
Cons: Nothing - no complaints.

Pros: It is new and modern as well as clean. There is an induction hob and a kettle, even coffee and sugar. Some interior details (the ceiling, the floor) were exceptional. Aesthetically the place is very pleasing.the size of the property is also excellent. It can accommodate four persons, although it may feel a little crowded for four. It seems perfect for a couple.
Cons: The stairs are very slippery, so when there is snow outside, one needs to be very careful. It is also the reason I would hesitate about choosing the place when travelling with children. Also, there were no instructions how to regulate the heating. With 25C it was far too hot. One can open the windows, but when it's -17C outside, this does not seem to be feasible. One kitchen towel is provided, as well as dishwashing liquid, but there is no place to dry the dishes. Also, no coffeemaker.

Insane value for money
Pros: Amazing location and really great apartment. Had pretty much everything you need, located in the old center. Nicely furnished apartment, insane value for money, I would definitely come again
Cons: The water doesn’t drain from the shower, it’s not a massive problem but something that could definitely be improved. Another thing I didn’t appreciate is the lack of detergent or capsule for clothes washing - for travellers having a washing machine and a dryer is a massive plus, but would be a good touch to add at least one capsule per stay so we don’t have to buy a bunch of them.

Pros: It was everything they said it was and a perfect location too, central to the center and an easy walk to the town center and to the magnificent church of St Micheal. It really glows beautifully at night

Modern, central location, stress-free.
Pros: Very modern approach both to the house, apartment and the way you get the access. Apartments are tiny, but well designed.
Cons: We have stayed for 5 nights, only had 1 garbage bag, few rolls of toilet paper. So just a thing to note, that for longer stays host should think of leaving more essentials. Plan ahead how you will park your car.
