OK for the price paid
Pros: Location is perfect, host is great (met us at the property, was very nice and forthcoming, offered a bigger apartment for the same price because it was free at the moment of our arrival). Towels and bed sheets were clean and ironed.
Cons: Apartment needs renovation and refurnishing. Some bed sheets and towels were with stains. But those are the stains that cannot be removed. For us it was important that both towels and bed sheets were clean and ironed.

Pros: The location and price were perfect. The apartment was spacious.
Cons: Only downsides was that one of the blankets had brown reddish spots on it, but we were provided with additional blankets so it worked out in the end. And there were no sound isolation.

Pros: Good room, in the center of Kaunas on a pedestrian street, the hostess was very nice, we arrived at eight in the morning and were already able to check in!!! We had a child with us, so we were very happy, because after a long journey we were able to have a good rest.

Spacious apartment in the heart of Kaunas
Pros: We were greeted by an agent, who then drove with us to our apartment. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was well-equipped and thoughtfully arranged, ensuring that we had all the essentials at our disposal.
Cons: Several apartments are managed by an agency, so the address listed in the ad may not be where you actually stay. While our location was decent, it would be much more helpful if each apartment had its own individual listing. The apartment itself is in need of renovation to reach its full potential. Additionally, the inner courtyard resembled a construction site, and the street leading to the house was similarly in disrepair.

Great location
Pros: I was not really paying attention when booking this place, so there were several pleasant surprises. The location is absolutely fabulous - truly next to the main pedestrian street and with free parking. Also, one doesn't usually get an air conditioner at this price point (and it was very necessary). The apartment was spacious, especially the bathroom - it had been a long time since I last had so much space for showering. There seemed to be a functioning washing machine in the shared hallway. They are also very generous with the time for leaving the premises, one can stay until 2 o'clock (if asked).
Cons: Couple of notes for future travellers (it's not a five star hotel after all): * the stairs are steep; * there are no romantic views from the windows; * the bedroom in our apartment was basically a dark cupbord with one tiny slash of a window; * the renovations took place a long time ago, so everything is clean but worn and used; * one needs to pay good attention when reading the instruction letter for arrival. I didn't at first and it was a bit adventurous (my own fault).

Pros: there is a wide pedestrian alley nearby, shops, cafes, pharmacies on both sides of the road, convenient and fast. An ideal stopover on a trip 😊
Cons: when traveling by car, it is necessary to look carefully at the location guide. The navi does not take you to 50D, but to 50 houses.
