Pros: Location at the new Kaunas Pedestrian zone, good for 20 min walk to old town. Parking available, but 5€/day cash
Cons: A bit outdated furniture, especially kitchen equipment. Our room facing pedestrian zone could be noisy in summer with window open. Parking charged 5€ cash (was bot clear from booking). Be aware that our studio had a steep maisonette ladder with a double matress on the floor on upper layer.

Perfect location for a reasonable price.
Pros: The apartment is in a perfect and easy to reach location in the very heart of the city. We were met and led to our room even before the appointed time, so check-in and check out was hassle free. The apartment was tiny but warm and quiet, had all the necessary amenities and a comfy bed. Perfect for a short stay or a place to crash for a night. It's location and price ratio is unbeatable.
Cons: The whole setup is quite spartan, so it won't impress your fellow travellers, but it's clean and functional.

Very good stay in Kaunas :)
Pros: The apartment was very spacious, clean, with beautiful view and we loved the loft style beds. Lady at the reception was very kind and explained everything. There is a private parking, it can be accessed from the street but it's nicely hidden. Close to restaurants and shops. We were actually sad we have to continue our travels and couldn't stay longer. Thank you!

Pros: We liked everything. Location in the centre, parking place just behind the building in the yard, close to everything, price was ok. The lady communicated with me before arrival, she spoke good english and everything went smoothly. Thanks.

The best accommodation in the whole trip
Pros: Awesome apartment in a good location ( just in the center of the new town and 15 min walking from the old town). We really felt confortable there. Huge buthtub. Easy comunication with the stuff that is also very helpful.
Cons: The bed is in a 2 level, but for us it wasn't any problem. I just mention it as warning for those who can find it as a problem. In our case was absolutely fine

Pros: The location of the loft apartment is absolutely in the centre of Kaunas; you are staying at the main pedestrian street, which was gorgeous. The equipment of the apartment is not the best and super modern, but the room is nice and clean and the servisce is 100%. The value for the money is worth it.
Cons: the parking place which is in the backyard of the house is a bit scary, but our fully packed car stayed untouched same as the other cars:-)

Pros: Excellent location right in the city center with free parking being a big plus. Friendly staff and it's also above the best ice cream shop in Kaunas. The apartment has everything you need and is ideal for two people. Air Conditioning is a big plus, too.
Cons: The bathroom is very tide and the water gets everywhere when you shower.

Pros: Amazing location, friendly hosts, nice little apartment with everything you need. The apartment has an aircon which is very useful.
Cons: Sleeping on the upper part without the aircon was a bit hot, but I guess if you leave it on for the night, it would be fine.

Great location
Pros: Great location, in the city-centre on a long pedestrian street with many cafés, bars, restaurants and cosy little shops. Darius and Girėnas Stadium was only 1.2 km away, good place to stay if you visit a concert. Free parking behind the house. The instructions for finding the accommodation were very clear.
Cons: There was a night club across the street, what was too noisy in the second night.
