Pros: +Lokalizacja( przy samym rynku/blisko do Lidla i innych sklepów czynnych do 22-23) +Wyposażenie(duża ilość kontaktów w każdym pokoju/kawa, herbata, sztućce i garnki/fajny rozkład, duża ilość mebli do przechowywania/Czarnik, kuchenka, piekarnik, mikrofala, automat przelewowy do kawy/kosmetyki) +Parking(bez tego ciężko gdzieś zaparkować) +Estetyka mieszkania

Cons: - Zgadzam sie z przedmówcą odnośnie hałasu ( za oknem słychać wieczornych przechodniów oraz kruki lub gawrony(?) które za oknem maja gniazdo i od ok 5 nad rana zaczynają hałasować)
