There are things that could to be improved

Pros: The location is perfect for staying in the city center.

Cons: Most of the negative things are the same as those mentioned in previous reviews. Quite noisy after midnight - earplugs are needed to sleep. The water heater in the bathroom is leaking - the glass placed for this purpose needs to be emptied quite frequently. There is no shower gel or shampoo in the shower, so you need to bring your own. No coffee capsules left - as for a deluxe room, it would be a nice gesture if there were some. The TV batteries were almost dead.

Comfortable and convenient location

Pros: Amazing location in the heart of the city. The flat is beautiful, clean and has everything I needed

Cons: There was an elevator but somehow it was not available for us so we had to carry the luggage upstairs. Fortunately, it's only one floor

Pros: Clean, very good location to shopping centre and Kaunas arena, many cafes and restaurants downstairs, but no additional sounds from that places. Very beautiful view if you get room facing the Laisves aleja. A lot of storage.

Pros: The accommodation was simply perfect. I extended my stay twice, and the process was incredibly straightforward. You can immediately tell that everything is done professionally and thoroughly – quite different from other accommodations I have visited in Kaunas. The location couldn't be better: you wake up, go down the stairs, and enjoy a delicious coffee. A heartfelt thank you to the host! This is how it should be – a place where you can relax perfectly. Highly recommended!
