An amazing location. Clean and modern.
Pros: The apartment is in an amazing location, it is really spacious and clean. Another nice thing was that it was really warm. I was worried that the apartment would be cold, so brought fluffy socks etc because I knew Kaunas would be chilly while we visited but the apartment was toasty, a major plus for me.

Good option in old town
Pros: Good big comfy bed, air conditioning, fairly quiet considering was on Main Street in old town
Cons: All good but a plug in bedside lamp would be useful to read in evening as had to get out of bed to turn off main light in bedroom

Comfy city-center stay, good price/quality ratio.
Pros: Center of the city atop a tourist street, all of your restaurants, shops, bars are hereby, travel distance quite short to most places of interest in the city. Premises are large with enough space The sofa accommodates a large grown man, allowing to sleep separately. The interior of the apartment looks good and quite fresh (including semi-new furniture/equipment). Wi-Fi is quite fast, TV has local and international channels, netflix, etc. It's not very old. All of the utilities you need are there (including kettle, cooktop, oven, dishwasher, tv, cleaning chemicals, hair fan, shower gel packets, hot water boiler, decent shower utilities, clothes hangers, cutlery and kitchen utensils). A separate working table. Great high-chair sitting place at the window with a view to a historic street. Additional bed linen and blanket. 3/4 chairs and a dining table.
Cons: Be sure to memorize all of the photos on how to enter the apartment. It took 10-15 minutes for a local person to find. Google maps will direct you to the street-end entrance, but the entrance is quite a far way back and is not easy to find. The instructions on how to find the place are quite clear - but not easy to follow, especially if you arrive during evening time. The ceiling is sloped in many places, so if you are 190 cm (6'2 feet) you might have less space. I took a picture of my friend who is 191 cm high. This is the center tourist area of Kaunas city, which implements a 2 Eur per entry payment for all cars, the apartment is in that area. Note this if you are renting a car. The taxi drivers also act funny when called by bolt to that area, since they don't want to pay the 2 Euro tax (which is their problem to be honest), be sure to order taxi some 10-15 minutes in advance in case of such drivers. Since it is an old house be sure to ventilate it after arriving. An old house smell might be there when you first enter, like we had, but if ventilated at least once, everything is ok. There's only two toilet paper rolls present, be sure to pick some up at a shop nearby if you're staying for a longer time.
