Luxury Kaunas Old Town Apartment

Super stay at old town!

Pros: Super -cousy, clean, nothing to complain. Easy accomodation for up to four people!

Cons: Shower is really low (in practice You've got to sit down if you're over 185cm). Bad smell in the corridor (not inside). Still in total absolutely positive experience!

Beautiful, centrally located option

Pros: Beautifully appointed room with plenty of space for 4 to sleep/eat/live. 30 seconds walk to bars, shops, restaurants. Great instructions received from host, including detailed photographs on getting the key.

Cons: Others have mentioned height of shower room, plus getting into the mezzanine - not suitable if you have lower mobility

Pros: Well laid out, warm and comfy with all the necessary basics in a great location

Cozy apartment in the heart of Kaunas, perfect for a city break

Pros: The apartment is very cozy, quiet, and comfortable. It’s big, has high ceilings. The location is excellent – right in the heart of the old town. A big plus is the private parking included in the price. The apartment is nicely decorated, great for relaxing (of course, for people who like that style). The large bed is very comfortable, and the mezzanine with an extra bed for kids is a great idea.

Cons: The apartment could use a small refresh. The towels were clean but not well dried and had a musty smell — it would be good to replace them or change how they’re washed and dried. There’s no dishwasher, and the electric stove (not induction) works a bit slowly, so you need some patience :)

Charming Old Town Apartment

Pros: A lovely uniquely decorated and comfortable large studio layout conveniently located inside the old town with free gated parking. Easy walking distance to both old town and new town pedestrian streets. We really enjoyed our 2 night stay here.

Cons: The lively nightlife music was a little loud for us on the Saturday night but didn't disturb us too late. The power outlet at the mezzanine bed was not working and a couple of light bulbs need replacing but these details are easily fixed.

Pros: Nice apartment centrally located, parking in the yard.

Cons: Although we were given arrival and departure instructions by message, a few minutes after arrival we were visited by a woman who said she was the owner of the house. It was quite challenging because she didn't speak English and we don't speak Lithuanian, the woman translator strictly refused. Eventually, she and my husband got along a bit in Russian - she asked how long we had been there, then wanted to meet us on the day of departure. She spoke a lot to us, but we couldn't understand her at all. The whole thing pretty much ruined an otherwise very nice stay.
