Pros: Apartamentų lokacija puiki, netoli miesto. Apartamentai labai gražūs, švarūs, puikiai įrengti. Yra visko ko prireiktų viešnagei.

Pros: Gražiai ir kokybiškai įrengtas butas, graži vieta prie Nemuno. Tolokai nuo lankytinų vietų, bet smagu pasivaikščioti upės pakrante. Patogus įsiregistravimas (kodinė spyna).

Cons: Pritrūko švaros: lovos galvūgalyje dulkių kamuoliai, stalo įrankiai nešvarūs, vonioje veidrodis buvo purvinas, rankšluosčiai lipnūs kažkokie. Labai nepatogi kriauklė vonioje, miegamasis labai mažas, lova prie pat sienos, nėra praėjimo iš vienos pusės. Požeminiam parkingui nebuvo duotas pultelis reikėjo leistis namo liftu žemyn ir vienam laukti kol kitas įvažiuos.
