Pros: The location is near perfect, the price is great, the apartment is cosy. There is an ATM nearby, quite a few shops, a mall and the city center is a 10-15 minutes walk.
Cons: The only thing that can bother somebody is the noise from the street and ventilation/water heater

Really loved the place
Pros: All the information has been provided and queries answered, self check-in was smooth. This area is my preferred location for most of the trips: proximity to the city centre, public transport stops and places to eat. The apartment is spacious, clean, quiet and warm - I happened to visit during the coldest winter days in 15 years, and you can turn the temperature down for the night, there’s an instruction how to use the fan. Lots of sockets - helps if you work at the table and need to charge your laptop and phone. Panoramic windows - loved the skyline. Coffee, tea and sugar - great for an early morning person. Definitely 10/10.

Pros: A small but very cozy apartment. We found everything we needed during our stay. The place is nicely decorated and well thought out. The host sent all the instructions in advance, and everything was very clear and easy to follow.

Pros: The apartment is nicely furnished and has all the necessary facilities. We only stayed for a night but it looked like it would be comfortable for a longer stay too. The location is very convenient and the sound insulation was great. Although the building is on a busy intersection we couldn't hear any noise from the outside.
Cons: The blankets, pillows and the bedsheets could be of a higher quality.

Pros: The apartment is new and has all the comforts of home (washing machine, dishes, dishwasher, and even an umbrella). The owner is very kind.
Cons: More attention when cleaning: a few too many cobwebs. There is no elevator and carrying suitcases to the second floor is not very convenient.

Pros: Comfortable bed and good shower. The apartment is big enough and has good lighting regulation thanks to the curtain. I didn't hear much noise from the street.
Cons: This is not a real problem, just a small disappointment. At the check-out, I asked a couple of days in advance if I could leave the luggage in the apartment until 3pm. I received a positive answer saying the cleaning lady would have taken care of them and he gave her number to contact her once I would have come back. However, the day of the checkout the host sent me a message saying that I wasn't allowed to and my luggage would have been left outside in the corridor. I replied by saying that wasn't the agreement, and he said he mistook and he thought I was another person who left the luggage in the apartment without warning before. Therefore, I would have been covered in my case, without problems and excused himself. However, when I went to take back my luggage was in the corridor outside the door. The cleaning lady was in a room close by, so I suppose everything was ok and overall it was very nice of him to let me leave the luggage in, but I didn't like that they had been left outside the door anyway.

Perfect stay with a short walk to the city center
Pros: The location is perfect - a short walk to the cathedral and old town. The apartment was clean, beds were comfy, noise isolation was very good - couldn't hear anything.
Cons: Nothing that I could think of.

Great value, clean and cozy
Pros: I was travelling for work and the location was excellent for where I needed to be. The host was very flexible with checking in and checking out, and was very quick to respond to my messages. The room was small but comfortable and cozy, spotlessly clean, and there were way more amenities than I needed.
Cons: I didn't like the interior design, especially the ceiling, but this is a very minor thing and it didn't affect me at all.

Pros: Good location, on the main route, close to the city center. The apartment is to quite internal street side. There is a parking area. Spacious room, with kitchen. In the bathroom was the washing machine. Helpful host.
