Pros: Удобно, что близко к вокзалу и центру. Тихо. Недорого. Был телевизор с интернетом, хороший Wi-Fi, туалетные принадлежности, шампунь, чай, кофе, много посуды.

Cons: Когда заехали, то был забит слив в душе. Пришлось самому прочищать. Квартира не новая, некоторые вещи требуют мелкого ремонта, но за такую цену ваолне приемлемо. Хозяева не всегда быстро отвечали через приложение.
