Nice stay but with a bit of initial shock due to hospital feel inside

Pros: Clean and nice environment, not busy pool and saunas, quite room and area, very healthy and generous meals

Cons: We were not aware that the hotel is more like rehabilitation center for people after surgeries etc... Initial shock was the smell of hospital all around, mostly elderly people with crouches etc. The bathroom in the room customized for the disabled people. One of the receptionist was quite unpleasant and unhappy to do her job.

Pros: I like everything, it was clean and nice spa center not limited warm pool with massage, jacuzzi and 3 sauna all nice. Food variety good ate only brekfast. A lot of people after injury or surgery most of them old people 😊. Room was clean and nice with forest view.

Pros: Loved the atrium, the library, cosy nooks and crannies for withdrawing, reading, chilling. Amazing layout of the entire facility and the swimming pool area. The swimming pool is the best we have seen and we've seen a few. Kudos to the architects and designers.

Cons: Showerheads in the swimming pool area need replacement. Specks of dirt here and there. Low humidity in the room. Too low.

Everything nice.

Pros: Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast, warm water in pool, everything nice. We hope visit again one day this nice place.

Great location, nice and clean facilities, pool and saunas.

Pros: The forest, dark haired woman at the reception was ver polite and helpful. Our view from the window was great, pool and saunas.

Cons: One of the waitresses on the first floor was rude to clients, checking aggressively on room numbers and eligibility to food plans.

Pretty, good value for money. Convenient

Pros: Staff were very helpful and kind. Nice room. Nice spa

Cons: The floors are paper thin. Can hear people walking. I wore my robe to breakfast because I had seen it in pictures of people in dressing gowns having food. I was told to change so that was abit embarrassing as I didn’t see any signs saying you can’t. Some marks on carpet in the bedroom. Quite a long walk to the town

special time with family

Pros: very good place for people with disability. My mom had brain stroke so she cant do something, so that our question was about spa and wheel chairs opportunity, also pool's help stuff for swimming. food was very tasty so thankful. also receptionists was very kindly. we would like to come soon.

Cons: it would be perfect if accompanying person could use spa pool and saunas for two times. one time go in to the spa space with person which has a trauma, and second time could go by self. In programme spa's zone belongs one time per day.
