Great getaway from it all

Pros: Not my first and certainly not last time with Medea/Upa. All kept impeccably clean and functional, as before. Perfect for relaxed getaway and rest. Unlimited pool/spa usage is a huge benefit.

Cons: All was ok. Bath might need refreshing soon.

Good location, but the price is a bit high for such a room

Pros: We stayed in a separate building from which the procedures can only be accessed from outside. The furniture in the room could use some updating, as it is a bit outdated. The mattresses are worn out and need to be replaced. The breakfast was delicious, with a large selection. The pool and spa area are amazing.

Cons: There could be a way to get to the main building other than through the field. It would be a great upgrade

Classical SPA

Pros: We managed to upgrade our room, so in the end of stay we stayed at the Medical SPA hotel, not at the MEDEA Appartament. Overall, quite classical SPA hotel with a new infrastructure. Very friendly and warm welcome staff, although some of them, especially, staff of medical procedures, do not speak English. We were very happy about the breakfast with a very wide choice. In comparison, the lunch and dinner were quite scarce. The medical procedures are of high quality. Room was spacious and extra clean, ladies made cleaning every day. As located a bit outside of the downtown there are many possibilities to go for a walk, surrounded by pin forests. We appreciated that there is always a surveillance guy at the SPA center, it is good for your security being on water.

Cons: SPA center somehow came as a dissapointment. It is quite small and was overcrowded in the peak hours. In addition, not a big choice at the SPA center, there is one pool, only one small jacuzzi, 2 saunas and a thermal bath.

Pros: Great service, outstanding staff, nice location, tasty food, spacious rooms and not overcrowded.

Cons: A bit outdated apartment (especially bathroom). Family apartments are in a different building than restaurant/spa & swimming pool, so, less comfortable to move between two buildings.

Pros: Clean room and swimming pool zone, friendly staff, delicious breakfast.

Cons: The room was not in the same building as swimming pool zone, so it was difficult and tiring with our 2 year old to put all of our coats, caps, shoes and go to the next building with all stuff. There was no separate space for little kids to swim. Also, breakfast area was too crowded.
