Pros: Huge apartment. Two balconies. Comfortable beds. Good self check in and check out. Location is great. Quality of food on breakfast is good. Very good water park.

Cons: We have breakfast in the same building that why the was a lack of variety. For water park you need to go thu the inner garden 5 min outside, normal in summer for others seasons a huge minus.

Great place with younger kids

Pros: We enjoyed the large one bedroom suite and will be back next year. Perfect for a family of four. We especially enjoyed the balcony and that it had closable windows for cooler nights. The kitchen had everything to make a quick meal for kids when we didn’t want to go out. Our ground floor room was quiet and had a very nice view of the park. Kids loved access to the pool area, which is nice and has slides . The garden is nice. And the location could not be better.

Cons: Breakfast could have been better, but it was definitely better than the main hotel. Croissants should not be stale, there should be a toaster to make toast and baked beans should not be served cold. Decor in the breakfast room is dated. There is a lovely view that is hidden by hideous curtains.

Everything was ok

Pros: Location excellent, everything in one place. Clead and tidy

Cons: Renovation is needed. Also the sofa in shared room is extremely uncomfortable. The price I would say is a little too high

Good as always.

Pros: Very good room with fair equipment. Great breakfast when served in the same building. We like this location when stay with kids.

Cons: Had to go to another restaurant one day because of low occupancy - this is something we can understand from the business point of view, but getting 3 kids dressed at bad weather for that was a drawback. Some facilities are getting old and need replacement (like shower head, bed mattress). Each time have trouble getting inside then come for the first time - door PIN code doesn't work and we saw others had the same problem.

Would definitely come back again

Pros: Beautiful and peaceful location, friendly staff and tasty breakfast.

Pros: Nicely located hotel, next to Nemunas river and the promenade along the river. \

Cons: Hotel reception staff attitude and organization smacked a bit of the Soviet era, but it is possibly unavoidable in place just 6 km from Belarus.

Great place to relax, solo or with family

Pros: It was my second time in this apart-hotel, but it was the first time I had come with children. As for family, it is superb. My kids were extremely excited. Aqua-park was a 'must-have' for them every day, also they liked SPA baths. Generally, I like this place and I am going to come again, below I explain just a few issues that can make the property even better.

Cons: It seems a bit overpriced I guess as several years ago for a similar price I had all SPA included, now we had to pay separately. Plus the difference in price between 17 and 10 yo children is big (by mistake I booked the room for 10yo instead of 17yo son, and the difference I paid on-site was quite big). Also, I had one a bit frustrating experience with dry massage baths. They were recommended to me by the SPA center doctor, but when I came there the first time I was told that I have to have socks. Nobody has told me this before the visit. Ok, three times I had this procedure being just in socks and shorts, and on the 4th time, another lady told me that I was not allowed to use this bath just in sports shorts. Because I was in a bathrobe she told me to lie down in this bathrobe, not just in sports shorts. Ok, the next day (5th visit) there was another lady again. I came in a bathrobe again and wanted to lie down as the day before. But this time I was told that I couldn't use this bath without proper clothes like shorts and a T-shirt. And showed me a picture on the wall of the room. It seems to me that it is not the best way when the customer should guess how to be dressed up. If this is so important better to make it clear when they create your itinerary. Additionally, it is a pity that the fito-tea bar works for only 1 hour. We couldn't visit it at all as at this time we usually had other treatments. But I remember from my last time how good it was to drink such a tea after any massage. But this was the only issue I met during my stay. Everything else was great

Pros: Big balcony (we had even 2). Great place near the river. Can take a dog with you ( for additional price which i would say is too big). Free welcome bottles of water. Free entrance to water park.

Cons: Wifi is not working in balcony. TV is of bag quality, is stucking all the time. Breakfast was the same for all 5 days, you could think about changing hot meals. If it would be cold season, it would be not convenient to go to water park as there is no direct access, you need to leave building. Check in process was disappointing. I was suggested to make checkin in advance via hotel system, which should sent confirmation via sms. It not worked, i informed staff about this, but they just said it is technical issue, and sent the same message for chek in next day again (not working again). After that on arrival day i finally got the sms with the code, but not to check in, but instead to enter the building, but it did not worked either. So i just went to reception. I was surprised, that even I have told staff, that nothing is working, no reaction was taken. Seemed like everything is normal. So please improve the system not to confuse what to do.

Pros: Access to the spa and water park. Apartment was spacious but dated.

Pros: Our two-bedroom appartment was amazing. Very beautiful, roomy and comfortable. Very nice that the price includes spa and breakfast. The location is very good. Free parking. Would stay there again!

Cons: The self check-in in the hotel did not work properly - at first we had some problems logging in because the camera did not identify the document and when we finally got in with another method and got one room key, the computer crashed and only showed an error on screen. We went to the other building to the administration desk and got our 4 room keys but going back we discovered they did not work. Had to go back to the administration house again. As we got our room keys from administration, we could have also payed the city tax straight away because for checking out in the next morning, there was a big queue and a simple check-out took a lot of time. It was quite cold in the spa to walk around and get in the pool.
