Pros: Very good hotel. Super place in Druskininkai near center and river. Brekfast and diner were super. Everybody can find something special for. them every day.. Great and big pool.

Pros: Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Rooms clean and cosy, spa area well maintained even though it was very busy. Buffet restaurant had quite wide variety of food options and spa guests could access a bar/cafe for their comfort.

Pros: The breakfast was great, the room was clean and cosy. I liked the spa. The restaurant food is also great.

Cons: The car park is very small. Despite this, the car was parked by a staff member.

Very nice hotel and spa

Pros: It is very nice hotel and spa . Everything is clean and comfortable . Spa was nice also. I would only comment on missing lounge for hanging around in cold winter day. Location is great near park and river.

Cons: I have mentioned above lounge area.

Pros: great place, and staff go above and beyond to help out. we were sick during our stay, cleaning staff brought us extra tea bags and were really kind. then our car broke down at departure, staff tried to help us restart car battery, and called a garage to come help us.

Pros: It’s the details that matter, always. The receptionists were perfect, very kind and helpful. Food is tasty and enough choices for everyone. First time in my life the hotel coffee was actually tasty. Spa was great, the saunas were perfect, jacuzzi could be warmer but otherwise everything was great. Rooms are clean and cozy. The whole hotel smells really nice! Will be coming back

Cons: only tiny minus is the hairdryers in rooms, uncomfortable to use but dries ok (dryers in spa are great tho!)

Pros: Staff were excellent. Top class. Please adjust your navigation settings, as we were struggling to find the exact location. Navigation shows other location. That really puts an extra stress. The dinner should start at 17:00 as the gap between check in and dinner is to long. The kids room is genius. Kids really liked it there and were entertained well. Many thanks!

Woooow, loved it :)

Pros: Amazing place! The room was spotless, and the breakfast offered plenty of choices , the hotel is perfect for both babies and children. The spa is wonderful as well, with a small warm-water pool for babies. Thank you for all the additional cute details. You can really feel that the staff cares about your stay.

Cons: The spa programs were quite expensive , we would have booked some if the prices had been a bit lower. The restaurant is great with delicious food, but in my opinion, the variety is somewhat limited
