DP Art Residence - self check in

Pros: Everything was perfect, extra bedroom a bonus, nicely equipped kitchen, much space.

Cons: We loved it all, but maybe a tiny minus was the fact that room was a bit airless, but opening a window solved this problem quickly. Too little parking room in the yard so we parked on the street – no problem actually, there was enough spaces and not too far either.

Stopover

Pros: The location is quiet and safe. Enough parking around. The place was comfortable and clean.

Fun design, great location, very reasonable pricing

Pros: Very quirky design, excellent pricing considering we had plenty of living space, balcony, two bedrooms, and we’re very impressed with the indoor hammock!

Pros: Size, airconditioning, balcony, loft – all was great!

Perfect for one night stay

Pros: The bed was extra comfortable and the hot water in shower came instantly and the pressure was good which does not happen that often in similar apartment hotels. It was quite easy to find the parking on the street, building itself and access the premises.

Cons: In the middle of the night when everything was super quiet I woke up and could hear snoring in another room - not loud but the noise isolation could be better.

Pros: Here’s the corrected version: We had a wonderful stay at DP ART RESIDENCE! The location in the very nice and quiet district of Konas was perfect. It’s close to the city center, yet peaceful, and we had no trouble parking, which was a big plus since we came by car. The style of the place is simple, cozy, and elegant, making it feel like home. One of the highlights for us was the stunning views from our large windows—since the district is on a hill, the scenery was very nice! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a calm and beautiful place to stay near the city center.

Lovely stay

Pros: Lovely small room with nice decorations, quiet neighborhood. Everything you need is in the room, dmall kitchen and bathroom

Cons: Parking around the house is a bit tricky but there was enough room on the street near.

Pros: Location and apartments exceptional . Clean and comfy . Love the design and light of apartment. Lovely and very worm host.

Cons: Some neighbours which don't realise there are late hours for the rest.

Pros: Convenient self-check in, clean well-equipped apartment and quiet neighbourhood. I made reservation literally in the midnight of arrival day and got fast and thorough reply from host on directions and check-in process.

Cons: Walls inside the building are quite thin so you can hear everything around you.

Good one night stay

Pros: Decent location, spacious rooms, equipped kitchen, clean bathroom. Overall, nice one night stay.

Cons: It's a house repurposed to be a rental unit with ~8 private rooms, which means that there is no sound isolation. Strange smell from carpets and curtains.
